$300,000 Sexual Harassment Judgment: St. Louis Car Dealer All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Gets Sticker Shock

ST. LOUIS – On October 16, 2025, a St. Louis County Judge issued a $300,000 Judgment in favor of a former female sales employee who worked for St. Louis car dealer G&J Automotive, Inc. d/b/a All Star Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in a sex discrimination, sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit.

The former employee suffered from unwanted touching, groping, explicit sexual comments about her body, vulgar statements about sex in the workplace, sexual jokes about masturbation, humiliation and embarrassment by her male managers and co-workers. The former employee was fired after she reported the sexual harassment to her managers and the company.
