St. Louis County Restaurant Manager Ordered to Pay Over $5 Million for Sexual Battery of Former Employee

ST. LOUIS – On June 25, 2024, a St. Louis County Judge issued a $5 Million Judgment in favor of a former Wendy’s restaurant employee in a civil lawsuit alleging that the manager of the Wendy’s restaurant where she worked committed a battery and negligently inflicted emotional distress on her under Missouri common law.

The former employee suffered from unwanted touching, groping, having her pony-tail yanked, spanking, humiliation and embarrassment by her manager at the restaurant. The former employee was a minor when the incidents occurred.
